🛏️ Refund & Return Policy for Mattresses

At Dream Better Mattress, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your mattress purchase. Please read our refund and return policy below to understand your options.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing Defects

    • Includes sagging, foam deformity, damaged stitching, or zipper issues.

    • Must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • Requires clear photo/video proof.

  2. Wrong Item Delivered

    • If you received the wrong size, color, or model.

    • Must be reported within 3 days upon receipt.

  3. Damaged During Delivery

    • If the mattress arrives torn, soiled, or visibly damaged.

    • Must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery with photo/video proof.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used mattresses or items that have been slept on.

  • Stains, odors, or damage caused by customer misuse.

  • Change of mind after opening or expanding the mattress (for vacuum-packed products).

  • Custom-size orders or made-to-order mattresses.

🔁 How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service via return@dreambettermattresses.com within the return period.

  2. Provide your order number, photo/video of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Please write RETURN REQUEST on the subject.                                                        

  4. We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

  5. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pick-up or drop-off schedule, depending on your location.

💸 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method (bank transfer, GCash, Paymaya, credit card, etc.).

  • For purchases via Shopee or Lazada, refunds follow platform policies.

📦 Important Notes:

  • Keep original packaging until you're sure the mattress is in good condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not accept used or unsealed mattresses.
